Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5-7 business days) and Second Day (2 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5-7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2-5 days for delivery.
Second Day is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm EST on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the item(s) within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped to us pre-paid. You will be credited within 60 days, and a return credit receipt will be emailed to you. Return merchandise after 30 days of receipt of purchase or without a sales receipt will only not be accepted.

Southern Dental Instruments is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. However, if you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, we will reimburse the return shipping charges.
