You may purchase merchandise from this web site by using any one of the payment options listed on our Payment Options link. Southern Dental Instruments reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the item(s) within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped to us pre-paid. You will be credited within 60 days, and a return credit receipt will be emailed to you. Return merchandise after 30 days of receipt of purchase or without a sales receipt will only not be accepted.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

*Repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible), with the original receipt and message.

Southern Dental Instruments is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. However, if you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, we will reimburse the return shipping charges.
